Oak & Tonic Holiday Return Policy
Effective Dates: November 25, 2025, to January 5, 2026

To provide a seamless shopping experience this holiday season, we’ve outlined our return and exchange policy specifically for the holidays. Please review the details below for returns on both in-store and online purchases.

We’re sorry your item didn’t work out! We want to make your return process as simple as possible.

Return Window*

  • In-Store Purchases: Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase, and a receipt is required. (Holiday dates active as of nov 25th 2025).*
  • Online Purchases: Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the shipping date.
  • 'Ritual Guarantee' on all Oak & Tonic Organics collection is 30 days.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Full Refund: Unused and unopened items can be returned for a full refund, including taxes.
  • Bundles & Gifts with Purchase (GWP):
    • Opened or gently used items from bundles or GWPs are final sale and cannot be returned.
    • Unopened and unused items from bundles or GWPs are eligible for full refund and must include the unused GWP item or it will be deemed final sale.

Online Return Shipping

  • A return shipping label fee will apply based on the item’s weight and return location. The customer is responsible for this cost.
  • If you prefer to use your own shipping label, email your tracking number to our team at contact@oakandtonic.ca, and we will waive the return label fee.
  • Returns should be sent to:

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale items
  • Supplements & collagen products
  • Fragrances & perfumes
  • Jewelry
  • Food & beverage items (e.g., teas, honey, chocolate)
  • Sanitary items, including but not limited to:
    • Cleansing sponges, makeup sponges, brushes, mask brushes, face cloths
    • Gua sha tools, dry brushes, face rollers, towels
  • Home & Kitchen Items*: Unused, unopened home items can be returned within 14 days for a full refund, including taxes. (Holiday dates active as of nov 25th 2025).*

Processing Time

Please allow up to 30 days for your return to be processed. Once received and approved by our returns department, a refund or store credit will be issued immediately.

Return Abuse Monitoring

Oak + Tonic Inc monitors return activity and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at our discretion.
